About BotMyJob
BotMyJob is a pre-built agent for your job. Tell it your role once and it drafts the work you repeat every week: a Monday plan, meeting follow-ups, a Friday update, the replies your job keeps asking for. No setup, no prompts. On days it works, it leaves a short recap of what it did and what it skipped. The name is a joke. The point is the opposite: the bot drafts, and you stay the one who decides what goes out.
Most people who want AI doing real work get two choices. Pay someone to set it up, or learn prompts and re-explain your job in every new chat. I wanted a third one for solo pros and small teams: an agent that already knows the usual work for your job, learns from your edits, and never sends anything on its own. What it learns is yours. You can read it, delete it, or take it to another AI.
Under the agent sit the actual tasks a realtor or a teacher does on a Tuesday, written out step by step as fill-in forms you can also run yourself in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or any AI chat you already use.
I'm Michael Berger, a solo founder in St. Petersburg, Florida. BotMyJob is just me, not a team or an agency. I build with AI and help people figure out where it fits in their work. Each workflow here names the tools it uses, links to them, and says where you still need to check the output yourself. I don't put time-saved numbers on anything unless I can point to where they came from.
Some steps involve customer or student data. Check your company or school rules before pasting that into any AI tool, and strip out names when you can.
There are 141 fill-in forms and 21 step-by-step guides across 16 roles so far. Every example output on the site is one I wrote by hand, and each is labeled that way.
How it's paid for
Your agent's first task and every form are free to use. Solo Pro is $19 a month for new members and runs every agent task you add, plus more runs on the site, batch runs, and a log of checks. People already on Pro stay at $15 a month or $100 a year. Founder is $79 a month. SMB Team is $199 a month. That money pays for the AI calls.
