Refunds and cancellations

Paid plans are billed through Whop. Existing BotMyJob Pro renews at $15 a month or $100 a year until you cancel. New Solo Pro is $19 a month. Founder is $79 a month. SMB Team is $199 a month. Each plan renews automatically at the price shown at its checkout until you cancel. People already on the $15 a month or $100 a year plan keep that price. Cancel anytime from your Whop account (Manage billing); you keep the plan through the paid period and won't be charged again. If you're on a yearly plan, we'll email you 30 to 60 days before it renews with the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel. Whop also emails a renewal notice about 24 hours before it charges.

BotMyJob Team is billed the same way. BotMyJob Team renews automatically every month at $30 for 3 seats, plus $10 a month for each extra seat, until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Whop account (Manage billing); you keep Team through the paid period and won't be charged again. Each extra seat is its own $10 monthly subscription you can cancel on its own. Team plans bought before October 21, 2026 keep the price and seats shown at their checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Refund requests for Team work the same as for Pro, below.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your Whop account (Manage billing on your account page). You keep Pro or Team until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If Pro or Team didn't work for you, ask for a refund through the support chat on your Whop order and tell us what went wrong. We review every request; refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise, and approved refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method.
