BotMyJob (botmyjob.com) gives you fill-in forms that build prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, a way to run some prompts through our server, which sends them to an AI model (currently Claude, via OpenRouter; the checker also uses TypeSafe), and a checker that flags wording that may need a second look. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Who runs BotMyJob
BotMyJob is operated by Michael Berger, a sole proprietor, 201 17th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Phone: (941) 735-9062. Email: support@botmyjob.com (use this for legal notices). "We" and "us" in these terms mean Michael Berger.
Age
BotMyJob is for adults using it for work. Don't use it if you're under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
AI drafts are drafts
AI output can be wrong, out of date, or inappropriate. You're responsible for reading, fact-checking, and editing anything before you use or send it. The compliance checker flags possible issues using patterns and an AI reviewer. It is not legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice, doesn't create an attorney-client or advisory relationship, can miss problems and flag things that are fine, and doesn't know your state's rules. You alone are responsible for whether your content complies with the law; have a qualified professional review anything with legal risk.
Acceptable use
Don't use BotMyJob to break the law, discriminate, mislead people, send spam, or try to get around our limits or security. We can block access that harms the service or other people.
Pro
Paid plans are subscriptions sold and billed through Whop at the price shown at checkout. Existing BotMyJob Pro renews at $15 a month or $100 a year until you cancel. New Solo Pro is $19 a month. Founder is $79 a month. SMB Team is $199 a month. Each plan renews automatically at the price shown at its checkout until you cancel. People already on the $15 a month or $100 a year plan keep that price. Cancel anytime from your Whop account (Manage billing); you keep the plan through the paid period and won't be charged again. Plans raise the limits described on the pricing page. Limits are there to keep the service running and may change with notice on that page. If you're on a yearly plan, we'll email you 30 to 60 days before it renews with the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel. Whop also emails a renewal notice about 24 hours before it charges. Team
BotMyJob Team is a subscription sold and billed through Whop at the price shown at checkout. BotMyJob Team renews automatically every month at $30 for 3 seats, plus $10 a month for each extra seat, until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Whop account (Manage billing); you keep Team through the paid period and won't be charged again. Each extra seat is its own $10 monthly subscription you can cancel on its own. Team plans bought before October 21, 2026 keep the price and seats shown at their checkout. If you're on a yearly plan, we'll email you 30 to 60 days before it renews with the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel. Whop also emails a renewal notice about 24 hours before it charges. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. The team owner controls who is on the team and can see and export the team compliance log, including members' emails and check excerpts. The compliance log is a convenience record. It isn't a substitute for your brokerage's required recordkeeping. Team seats get Pro limits only while the owner's Team plan is active.
Third-party tools
Opening a prompt in an outside AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity) sends it to that company under its own terms. OpenRouter, TypeSafe, and the model provider may log or retain text sent through Run it here or Check under their policies; we don't control whether they use it for training. Don't paste confidential, client or personal information you aren't allowed to share. We aren't affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft, Meta, Whop, or any tool named on the site. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Meta AI are trademarks of their owners; no endorsement implied.
Show me your work
You can show your job agent screenshots or files from your work, paste text, or let it read the email you sent in Gmail, so it learns how you work. Only share what you're allowed to share with an AI service. If it holds other people's personal information, you're responsible for having the right to share it. We read each file, piece of pasted text or batch of email once, keep only the summary and notes you confirm, and never store the file, the text or the email itself. Gmail access is read-only, and you can disconnect it at any time on What my agent knows. What the agent learned can be wrong, so check it before you save it, and read every draft before you use it. The agent only drafts: it never sends, posts or books anything. Free includes 5 uploads in total and up to 200 notes. Pro includes 100 uploads a month and up to 2,000 notes. These limits may change with notice on the Pro page.
Connected AI apps
You can connect your BotMyJob job agent to another AI app through our connector. A connected app acts on your account with the access you approve on our consent screen, and what it does counts toward your Free or Pro limits. You're responsible for the apps you connect and for anything you use from them, and each app's own terms cover what it does with what it reads. BotMyJob still only drafts: no connected app can send, post or book anything through BotMyJob. You can disconnect any app at any time on What my agent knows.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law; disputes go to courts in Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If we make a material change that affects paid plans, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect.
