1. Search your inbox and DMs for the past month. Paste 15-20 real customer questions (remove names and personal info).
2. Run the prompt to group them and draft templates.
3. Fix the facts: prices, hours, policies.
4. Save them as Gmail templates or text replacements on your phone, and keep a master copy in a sheet.
