Personal check-in emails to past clients from a spreadsheet
Send past clients a short, personal note each quarter without writing 80 emails by hand.
Want it faster? Fill in a form and open the finished prompt in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or another AI.
Tools: Google Sheets, ChatGPT. Either works; use the one you already pay for.
Steps
- In Google Sheets, keep columns: name, address, closing date, one personal detail (kids, pets, renovation plans), last contact date.
- Filter to clients you haven't contacted in 90+ days.
- Paste 10 rows at a time into the prompt below.
- Edit each draft so it sounds like you. Delete any that feel forced.
- Send from your own email and update the last contact column.

Batch check-in drafts
I'm a real estate agent. Write a short check-in email (under 90 words) for each past client below. Mention their personal detail naturally. One question at the end that's easy to answer. No sales pitch, no 'just checking in', no market stats unless I give them.
